Kipling #6 “Red as snow”

By Michael Ganne

Michael Ganne is originally from the Médoc region of Bordeaux and naturally chose to dedicate himself to the wine business. Yet his unswerving taste for novelty spans beyond the great Bordeaux wines…

Perfect provenance & conservation

Here at Baghera/wines we have thoroughly enjoyed putting together our “Red as snow” December sale, the last sale of the year, made up of wines from three independent cellars. We are, of course, very familiar with the wines, whose provenance and conservation are absolutely perfect, especially since the vast majority were bought directly from the estates/châteaux. You can delve in with absolute confidence.

I’ll leave it to you to explore the wines from these magnificent cellars, which will be the stuff of dreams for Swiss wine lovers; great Burgundies with some magnificent mature assortments from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti as well as a splendid vertical of Clos de Tart that is over 25 years old, wines from Domaine Ghislaine Barthod to be discovered, not forgetting Bordeaux with the rare cases of Duclot, including the highly sought-after Carré d’As 2000 in magnums, along with a few gems from Emmanuel Reynaud…
