Les wine o’clock sont des ventes aux enchères dynamiques organisées chaque 2e mardi du mois sur notre plateforme en ligne. Chaque catalogue est minutieusement préparé en amont et propose une sélection variée de flacons provenant de caves de particuliers et de professionnels du monde entier.

Chaque mois, nous recevons en consignation des vins rares et recherchés, issus de domaines emblématiques ou de producteurs plus confidentiels, tous acquis et conservés avec passion par des amateurs éclairés. Une fois les lots consignés, nous constituons un catalogue digital dans lequel chaque flacon est mis en valeur par une photographie professionnelle de haute qualité. Ces visuels permettent une présentation transparente de l’état des capsules, des étiquettes, des niveaux, ainsi que de la robe du vin. Chaque lot est accompagné d’une description détaillée et d’un commentaire d’inspection, afin de vous offrir toutes les informations nécessaires à une prise de décision éclairée.
Dès la mise en ligne du catalogue, soit deux semaines avant la vente, vous pouvez vous inscrire, parcourir les lots et déposer vos enchères écrites. Cette première étape amorce la compétition – mais rien n’est encore joué ! Le jour de la vente, à 14h précises, les enchères s’ouvrent en direct. Chaque lot devient alors l’enjeu d’une bataille rythmée : 12 secondes seulement pour surenchérir, selon les offres écrites déjà enregistrées.

The wine o’clock is a dynamic auction held every 2nd Tuesday of the month on our online platform. Each catalogue is carefully prepared in advance and offers a varied selection of bottles from cellars of private individuals and professionals around the world.

Every month, we receive in consignment rare and sought-after wines from emblematic estates or more confidential producers, all acquired and preserved with passion by enlightened amateurs. Once the lots have been consigned, we create a digital catalogue in which each bottle is highlighted by high quality professional photography. These visuals allow a transparent presentation of the state of the capsules, labels, levels, as well as the robe of the wine. Each batch is accompanied by a detailed description and inspection comment, to provide you with all the information necessary for an informed decision. As soon as the catalogue is online, two weeks before the auction, you can register, browse the lots and submit your written bids. This first stage starts the competition – but nothing is yet played! On the day of the auction, at 2pm sharp, the auction opens live. Each lot then becomes the stake of a rhythmic battle: only 12 seconds to outbid, according to the written offers already registered. This year, Halloween should be enjoyed by adults too thanks to our online wine o’clock #88!

I really enjoy this month's selection that I find very elegant. From beautiful Champagnes, in bottle and magnums, to superb Burgundy Grands Crus – you should find mature vintages that are ready to be tasted and enjoyed this autumn!

Regarding the southern parts of France, the Bordeaux region offers renowned Seconds Crus Classés on nice vintages that can be aged a little longer or opened now. To continue with – on the eastern side – Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côte-Rotie, Hermitage & Bandol find proud ambassadors with Saint-Préfert, Bonnefond, Beaucastel, Tempier…

Months are flying by, nature puts on its autumn coat and our October wine o’clock catalogue is open for bidding!

As usual, we shall start with Burgundy wines and this month a very beautiful selection awaits you. A large range of Domains, appellations and vintages are offered. Then, fantastic Bordeaux wines lots are presented. Among the five first, Margaux, Lafite, Mouton and Haut-Brion are to be chased. A very impressive vertical of Château Mouton Rothschild from 1970 to 2010 forces my admiration in this auction. You should give an attentive look to the other lots Grands Crus Classés – Las Cases, Palmer, Pichon Comtesse, Cheval Blanc, Figeac, Ausone, Yquem… - and take your chance on these wines with perfect provenances.

Finally, this auction presents few lots with wines from the Rhône Valley, the Loire Valley, Jura and Champagne but also some interesting foreign wines from Germany, Italy, Chile and the United-States. Few Chartreuses liquors will complete this catalogue full of opportunities!
